Facade Performance Testing
Full-scale tested for air infiltration, water penetration resistance, and structural performance under wind loading. Rated to 1.8 kPa serviceability wind pressure.
Wind Actions
System designed and tested in accordance with Australian wind loading requirements. Suitable for buildings up to 30 storeys.
Seismic Design
Compliant with seismic design requirements. In Melbourne (Z=0.08), calculated seismic force is approximately 0.04 kPa, well within system capacity.
Fire & Non-Combustibility
All system components (fired clay brick facings, galvanised steel rails and fixings) are non-combustible. Australian clay bricks are deemed non-combustible under the NCC.
Masonry Units
All brick facings comply with AS/NZS 4455.1 requirements for masonry units. Testing procedures follow AS/NZS 4456 test methods.
National Construction Code
Compliance demonstrated via a Performance Solution pathway, supported by AS 4284 facade testing, project-specific engineering, and a detailed installation methodology and QA manual.

Made in Melbourne. Built for Australia.
